A leading US law firm are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate to join their world-renowned UK Tax team in their London office.
The Tax Senior Associate's Role
The successful Tax Senior Associate will aid with complex multinational tax issues, advising and representing clients on UK Tax regulations and structures.
The Tax Senior Associate will bring significant knowledge investment, private equity, M&A and fundraising, and support high-income clients with the tax issues and requirements surrounding these.

- Qualified solicitor
- Trained in England & Wales
- UK Tax specialism
- Significant experience in a toptier firm
- Proven experience in Private Equity / M&A / Fundraising
- Trackrecord of working with highnet worth individuals and companies
- Strong academic background
