In this role you will support the team as they support you

  • You will be working closely with customers as the first point of contact dealing with enquiries relating to products, service, suppliers, planning and quotations as well as updating and processing customer orders.
  • You will be getting involved in designing, specifying, sampling, and delivering solutions.
  • Handling admin, strategic planning, and tactical approaches

For this role you will ideally but not essentially have experience within an administration role involving technical aspects and proven customer service skills, but it's all about finding the right character with the correct attributes.
