  • Salary: £22,000 £24,000

NFU Mutual's Agency in Stranraer is recruiting for a full time Agent's Assistant to join our growing and successful team

Responsibilities:


  • Provide all administrative and diary management support to the partners
  • Preparation of reports following client visits, with full oversight of the endtoend process
  • Hold an understanding of all NFU Mutual insurance products, including Commercial Insurance
  • Handle general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals
  • Pro-Actively establish new sales opportunities
  • Introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services to new and existing customers.

  • Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
  • A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
  • Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential.

  • Stranraer: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
