As an Administrator and Surveyor's Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our small team of surveyors.

Your role will involve a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office and support our surveyors in delivering exceptional service.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and organising the surveyors' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation of surveying reports.
  • Desktop property research.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate client and project databases.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and access for surveyors when required.
  • Assisting with the organisation and logistics of client meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Undertaking general office duties, such as sending letters.
  • Quoting and invoicing.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
This job role will be office-based with the benefit of flexible working included.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Professional and personable demeanour, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Knowledge or interest in the field of surveying is advantageous but not essential. This role may suit someone who has previous experience in surveying, construction or property.
