Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 basic salary and a bonus potential of £18,000 per annum
Location:
Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire/Warwickshire or Cumbria but fully remote working from home
Hours:
Full-time over 5 days, with flexible start and finish times.
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, private healthcare and Pirkx Benefits.

We are Meraki HR, a passionate team of HR Consultants providing a full range of advice and solutions to an enviable client base; solving their people challenges, helping them to grow and become great places to work.
In joining us, you'll take ownership of a range of clients across a variety of sectors; understanding their cultures, challenges and helping to shape and implement solutions.
- Client audits and regular update meetings to implement and measure improvements based on our findings
- Contract and policy development and implementation
- Redundancies, restructures and TUPE Transfers
- Interaction with the clients and their employees/prospective employees as you help and support them with their recruitment, resignations, employee relations, performance management, and basically anything else that crops up
You'll balance listening, understanding, education, guidance, information and solutions to ensure not only the right advice is given to our clients, it's understood and implemented too.
So bring your strong interpersonal skills, your solutions focussed approach, your commercial awareness, as well as your thirst to keep learning about the changing world of HR and the best practices happening in our profession, along with your comfort in dealing with both the tactical and the strategic side of HR.
