Responsibilities

This role is all about delivering consistently excellent Customer Service by being efficient, organized and able to engage with every guest in a polite, helpful and friendly manner.

Reporting directly to the Clubhouse Manager you will demonstrate an ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

Our customers range from members, their guests, golfers through to casual lunches and functions.

Your warm and friendly style will help ensure that each customer experiences the very best that the Club has to offer.

Work Experience

Experience in a similar role where there is a focus on serving customers within a bar, restaurant or club environment while providing the highest level of service is desirable.

However, more importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn on your feet is essential.

Due to the opening hours it is important that you are flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota-basis.
