Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Counter-Balance Fork Lift Licence?

Do you have a full Driving Licence?

Would you be interested in a role where we will provide training to gain a Multi-Directional Forklift licence?
Jewson Partnership Solutions in Sunderland are recruiting now for Warehouse Operative.

We work to supply the local Housing Association with the materials to complete the job.

Our Colleagues are critical to our customers' success and you will be working with a team that proactively supports them in every way possible.

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 730am to 430pm and Friday 730am to 4pm (NO WEEEKEND WORK)

Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 33 days holiday per year

What will I be doing?
As a Warehouse Operative will have one of the most important roles within the branch network.

You will regularly be the first and last point of contact for customers visiting the branch so you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience.

To support the team you will;

Get to know our product lines we supply 1100 lines
Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Fork Lift Truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided)
Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
Maintain stock levels in the yard area, carrying out regular stock counts
Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Occasional cover for Drivers using 3.5 tonne van
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
