Regent Property are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team on a temporary basis to help support our busy property management team.

No experience is required as all training will be provided, but an enthusiastic approach is essential.

This role will be ideal for someone who is keen to be out and about as you will be travelling around London on a daily basis, conducting inspections across our property portfolio.

You will be expected to manage your time effectively and be able to work independently.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience within a busy estate agency.

Job responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of properties around the London area
Record and document inspection results and findings accurately
Communicate and report any issues to property management team in a prompt manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to record findings accurately
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills for compiling inspection reports
Well organised and able to demonstrate a fastpaced work ethic

The role:

Monday
Friday, 9am 6pm
You will report into our London office in Southbank on a daily basis whilst spending the majority of your time travelling across London
You will use public transport and these travel expenses will be paid
This is an initial 3 month fixed term contract
Salary up to £22k
