Description:

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be required to manage the mortgage and protection pipeline in order to progress a client's mortgage/insurance from start to completion in an efficient and professional manner.

You will work closely with mortgage lenders, providers, solicitors and estate agents to ensure all caseloads are processed in an effective and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

Uploading supporting documents to the lender's portal
Verifying ID/Documents ensuring applicants meet the lender's criteria
Completing AML and compliance checks as a risk prevention
Updating the inhouse system ensuring all notes are clear and accurate

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year's administration experience preferred
Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience managing/prioritising own caseloads
Strong communication skills both written and oral
