I am working with a business in Rutland that are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Are you an experienced payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing?

Our client are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Rutland.

As a vital member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to efficient payroll management.


  • Run weekly payroll processes with precision and accuracy.
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain payroll records and documentation.
  • Address employee payrollrelated inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Generate payroll reports and analyse data for accuracy and discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax codes, and employment legislation.
