The Person

Principal HVAC are a well-established modern, progressive company, providing a professional and efficient Air Conditioning and Ventilation service to our Clients throughout the UK & ROI.

Due to continued success and growth, we have the exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to help manage our project in the Liverpool area.

This role would be best suited to someone who is honest, able to delegate, has great problem solving abilities, able to stay calm under pressure and a good communicator.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with our commercial team & closely monitoring costs
Liaising with the client(s)
Coordinating and supervising of directly employed and/or subcontract labour
Arranging tools and materials for projects or tasks ahead of starting
Making safety inspections and ensuring tasks are completed safely
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings and providing feedback to design & commercial team on changes
Maintaining quality control procedures
Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and work to quickly resolve any that may crop up
Assessing and minimising risk
Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
