Our National Operations Centre is the hub of our business, and is accredited as a NSI Gold Cat 11 Alarm Receiving Centre.

We deliver specialised security services throughout the UK and now need to increase our team due to increases in the volume of both existing and new work.

We deliver all of the following services:

Alarm and CCTV monitoring
Emergency Incident Management
Workforce Monitoring
Intelligence Reporting

We need to appoint staff to work on the following basis:

4 x 12 hour nights 7pm
7am
4 days off
4 x 12 hour nights 7pm7am
4 days off

We would be interested to hear from applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

the ability to consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service

- excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- strong IT skills
- the ability to focus on a high workload in a busy environment
- high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
- qualification in CCTV / SIA licence preferred, although training can be provided

From £28,000.00 per year
