Our Operations team leads the day-to-day logístical running of our company, be it transport, office needs, or ongoing support. We also drive our employee experience with enrichment and tons of swag and food. We provide a strong infrastructure which allows other teams to create, deliver, and meet their goals.


Responsibilities:


Lead the successful execution of tasks and projects related to the London office, delivering a positive work environment for our people to thrive in.

Collaborate closely with our office's front of house and operations team to ensure the premises' efficiency and smooth running.

Own our food and beverage offering, including organising daily lunches, snacks and ad-hoc catering for the team.


Be the first point of contact for visitors, interviewees and external vendors, organising visitor passes and ensuring everyone has a great experience.

Collaborate with the wider operations team on cultural activities, events and perks that foster employee experience and engagement. This could include toasts, lectures, happy hours and special events tailored to specific teams.


Collaborate with the global operations team to deliver initiatives that are aligned with our global strategy and suited to local culture and preferences.

Assist in the delivery of large company off-sites and celebrations.

Assist in arranging travel logistics, catering to the needs of both our team and global employees visiting.

Source and acquire necessary equipment, swag, and other supplies as needed.

Support and collaborate with other general and administration functions of the UK team - HR, finance, IT and recruitment.


Requirements:

1+ years experience in office administration, operations or employee experience, preferably within a high tech company.

Proven experience handling budgets and working with suppliers.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi
- task, work independently, and collaboratively among different teams.

A passion for customer service and delivering great experiences

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint presentations, Word).

Ability to work from our London office 5 days a week. Flexible hours, and late hours for special events.
