    Relocation to Bali: General Manager for Luxury Wellness Club & Residences

    Our luxury wellness club and residences in Bali, Indonesia, seek an exceptional General Manager to spearhead our growth and success.

    • Location: Global relocation to Bali, Indonesia
    • Salary: $6,000 net pcm (Negotiable, DOE)
    • Package: Monthly reward-focused bonus scheme, relocation allowance, flights home each year, food allowance, membership to the clubs, and more

    Your Mission

    Crafting the success story of our client's retreats, membership programs, and F&B ventures requires a dynamic leader like you. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure profit growth and elevate the member experience to unprecedented heights.

    Tactical Field

    Drive the club's growth with unwavering commitment to 5-star standards and glowing online reviews. Identify and tackle inefficiencies with prompt, innovative solutions.

    • Master the financial pulse of the Club - from revenue streams to net profit - crafting and adjusting forecasts and budgets that fuel the Club's ascent.

    Weekly and Monthly Focus

    Analyse sales, gym, PT, and F&B revenues, devising action plans to overcome challenges and celebrating weekly victories. Delve deeper with departmental reviews, crafting a sales and marketing blueprint that sets the stage for the month ahead, paired with a comprehensive financial analysis.

    Leadership Mantra

    Foster a culture of team spirit and productivity, coaching your team to realise their potential. Champion the sales force, guiding the team to triumph in membership and retreat growth. Orchestrate a seamless operation that ensures the Club is the epitome of excellence and efficiency.
