The Position
We require
Plumbers to work individually or as part of a team undertaking adaptation works to Vulnerable and Disabled service users homes, including:

  • First and second fix bathrooms / wet rooms
  • Specialists wash dry / toilets.
  • General domestic plumbing
  • Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
  • Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
  • Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
  • Have the ability to be customerfacing with excellent communication skills and show consideration and compassion to service users
  • Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
  • Hold a full Driving Licence
  • Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures

Pay and Benefits

As well as offering full time employment to new employees to service various long-term contracts, we will offer you

  • Between £13 to £15 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
  • 40 Hour standard week

Training, Development and Progression

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
