The Position
We require
Plumbers to work individually or as part of a team undertaking adaptation works to Vulnerable and Disabled service users homes, including:

First and second fix bathrooms / wet rooms
Specialists wash dry / toilets.
General domestic plumbing
Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
Have the ability to be customerfacing with excellent communication skills and show consideration and compassion to service users
Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
Hold a full Driving Licence
Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures

Between £13 to £15 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
40 Hour standard week

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
