The Position
We require
Plumbers to work individually or as part of a team undertaking adaptation works to Vulnerable and Disabled service users homes, including:
- First and second fix bathrooms / wet rooms
- Specialists wash dry / toilets.
- General domestic plumbing
- Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
- Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
- Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
- Have the ability to be customerfacing with excellent communication skills and show consideration and compassion to service users
- Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
- Hold a full Driving Licence
- Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures
Pay and Benefits

- Between £13 to £15 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
- 40 Hour standard week
- Plenty of paid overtime available (at time & a half)

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
