About Our Client:
Our client is a government organisation based in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small teams, motivating and developing them while encouraging communication.
- Schedule team work to meet required timescales and service levels.
- Lead planning and implementation to ensure the availability of required staff members.
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes, standards, timescales, and quality requirements.
- Identify and manage improvements within your area.
- Update and maintain databases/systems/documentation.
- Comply with regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Collect and provide statistical data/reports as required.
The Successful Applicant:
Essential Skills:
- Ability to lead small teams.
- Expert understanding of relevant systems/ERP.
- Highly developed user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good internal and external communication skills.
- Ability to manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime).
- Ability to set and achieve performance targets.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience with JVs.
