We are looking to recruit a

Business Planning Coordinator in Stockley Park

near Uxbridge.

Excellent opportunity to join a highly methodical team, in a role where you will utilise your skills in Excel, numeracy, analysis and administration liaising with all relevant departments involved in the purchasing, sales and inventory process.
Hybrid working is available

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with all relevant departments PSI (Purchase / Sales / Inventory) on data systems, supporting with any administrative requirements.

Administration work for the dealer sales team to maximise sales and profit performance.
Execution of the business process relevant to purchasing, shipping and stock transfer.
Placing local purchase orders accurately
Issuing routine reports on Inventory, Incoming stock, backorder situations, profitability, and progress against target
Administration work (Price monitoring, Credit note issue, Target Rebate control etc) for the dealer sales division
Providing a basic level of analysis to improve the performance
Requirements:

Intermediate Excel skills

Experience of financial administration work with handling figures/data entry
Knowledge of logistics planning/control, purchasing/supply or inventory management processes is idea but not essential
Competent in using MS office software
Experience of using CRMs such as SAP is helpful but we will train.
Proactive approach
Good interpersonal skills
Comfortable with logical processes
Great attention to detail
Able to work productively in a highpressure environment
