Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering and assessing lessons to meet the needs of students with a range of special educational needs
  • Working in collaboration with other teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of students, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
  • Supporting the development of students' social, emotional, and behavioral skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching students with special educational needs
  • Strong understanding of SEN and the needs of students with different types of SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
