We are looking for an experienced, mature and reliable person to join the team at our freehouse pub, The Curfew, in Bath.

The Curfew is a traditional pub, currently wet-led but with a new food menu about to launch. It is a busy venue over 2 floors with a small outside space.

We are open 7 days a week and have a variety of regular events including showing live sporting fixtures and live music.

We need an enthusiastic individual that loves the buzz of a busy working environment and is a team player. You will need to be happy chatting to customers and delivering excellent customer service whilst being profesional and efficient.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
• Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
