Salary £27,650 per annum
37.5 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Records Assistant to join our team in London. Operationally responsible for the management, creation and delivery of records within the hospital for a variety of clinical areas.
We will expect you to actively contribute to service development and support the ward & clinic administration teams to deliver complete and standardize records documents for both inpatient and outpatient departments.
We operate using an electronic records management system to track & trace documents within the two buildings and to support high quality data security and management processes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day records management to the various clinical departments including specialist support for Oncology, Imaging and Outpatients.
Along the way, you will build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and of course, patients.
Working collaboratively alongside the clinical management teams, you will ensure patients benefit from the best possible service while supporting efficient and streamlined business processes.

This is our flagship centre for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including:
orthopedics, oncology, general surgery, gynaecology and urology services.
The new hospital will consist of:48 inpatient and day case bedrooms
28 consultation rooms
Three digital operating theatres
Cardiac catheterization lab
Specialist intensive care beds
Oncology day unit
Endoscopy and minor ops theatre
Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray
