THE ROLE:

Due to expansion, the role of Private Client Lawyer has arisen within a well-established law firm to deal with a varied caseload of Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Wills.

In addition to fee-earning responsibilities you will beexpected utilise your business development and networking skills to go out and win new work.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals who have a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a similar environment.

The successful Private Client Fee Earner will be responsible for performing fee earning work accuratelyand reliably.

As the newly appointed Private Client Lawyer you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the motivation and determination to maintain and nurture your network of contacts and referees and endeavour to promote the firm in the highest qualitymanner.

Our client is a long-established firm within the area who has experienced substantial growth over the past few years, and they are looking to appoint a bright and experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team.

Their approach is to not only keep up withthe latest developments, but stay ahead of them, dealing with a number of specialist areas of law which are less common than those provided by big corporate city firms or 'run of the mill' branch organisations.
