    We are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Officer to work in collaboration with CRM and the wider marketing team to maximise revenue and build customer retention through automated journeys, strategic A/B testing, and targeted emails.

    Permanent, Full-Time

    Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    Location: Royal Opera House, Covent Garden

    The Royal Ballet and Opera continue to lead in opera, ballet, music, and dance, both live on stage and through digital platforms like live streaming and worldwide cinema screenings. Our Audiences and Commercial team aims to grow the love, advocacy, and demand for the art we present and increase audience-generated revenues.

    We are seeking an Email Marketing Officer to collaborate with CRM and the wider marketing team to maximise revenue and build customer retention through automated journeys, strategic A/B testing, and targeted emails. You will also work with Content Producers and Copywriters across the organization to ensure email content aligns with Production profiles and reflects the Royal Ballet and Opera's Tone of Voice.

    Job Requirements


    The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

    • Experience planning and executing campaigns for strategic marketing channels (preferably email marketing; experience with Paid, Social, or other channels will be considered).
    • A proven track record of writing strategic copy to achieve business objectives.
    • The ability to adapt copy for various marketing channels while maintaining brand Tone of Voice guidelines.
    • An understanding of how data and insights can inform marketing strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines aligned with strategic priorities.
    • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal results.
