We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who thrives in both independent and team settings, takes initiative, and embraces flexibility to support the evolving needs of our business.
This diverse position covers various responsibilities, including HR, facilities and fleet administration, as well as elements of accounts support and assisting the Managing Director.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape your responsibilities and make a real difference.-
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:_
- Manage general administration tasks including post, scanning and filing
- Provide HR administration, including recruitment support and monitoring staff training
- Handle fleet administration such as arranging MOTs, vehicle licences and fleet insurance
- Administer facilitiesrelated tasks, such as renewing utility contracts and arranging annual checks and servicing
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Organise meetings and schedule appointments
- Utilise Sage 50c as directed by the Financial Controller
- Order office supplies, cleaning products and refreshments
About you:_
We are in search of a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills. Previous administration experience and computer literacy are prerequisites for the role. You should be self-motivated, adept at managing your workload, and capable of supporting the Managing Director.
Exceptional communication skills are vital, as this position involves direct interaction with external organisations and all personnel at Milking Solutions.

The position:_
- Permanent role, between 18 to 39 hours per week
- Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata equivalent)
- Salary: £22,00025,000 (pro rata equivalent), plus cash healthcare plan

Part-time hours: 18-39 per week
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
