MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Executive to support the KSR Lighting Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Create awareness of and develop the KSR Lighting brand
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• Work closely with our external Creative Agency to design marketing materials, such as Flyers, Brochures, Website

Banners and Adverts

• Run and manage the company Social Media channels
• Produce engaging, creative content, including videos and blog posts
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• Liaise with designers and printers and help with the coordination of product photo shoots
• Communicate and develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Produce regular Mailchimp newsletters to aid in the promotion of products
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (Social Media, SEO, Rankings, Mailchimp

Newsletter etc.)

• Maintain and update customer databases
• Assist in the organising of promotional events (breakfast mornings, exhibitions etc) to facilitate their success
  REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field
• CIM qualification, desirable but not essential
• Proven experience in marketing roles
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to multitask, be flexible in their approach and adhere to deadlines
• Wellorganised, with a customeroriented approach
• Driven and selfmotivated
• Copywriting and design skills, with a good eye for detail
• Demonstrable experience of using digital media techniques, as well as managing and growing Social Media accounts
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, as well as experience with website content management systems, Mailchimp and Analytics tools
• Basic experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Exceptional communication and people skills, be able to work in a team and foster good working relationships

LOCATION
Bognor Regis - This role is office based, so you must be able to commute


SALARY
£25,000-28,000 (depending on experience)
