We're always on the lookout for talented consultants; either those with a track record of success in the markets we operate in, or driven graduates looking for a challenge in the recruitment sector.

We are also interested in speaking to industry professionals who have an interest in moving into Executive Search.


Responsibilities
The role of an associate consultant is varied, and is likely to include:

• Meeting with clients and understanding their businesses, culture and requirements
• Meet and network with relevant professionals within the markets we operate in, this could involve meeting someone for lunch, attending networking events or attending a company golf day for example

About You
We're looking for ambitious graduates, sales professionals or recruitment professionals to join our team.

A degree isn't a pre-requisite, but you'll need to be driven to succeed, a quick learner and happy to get stuck in.

An interest in developing a career in consultative sales is a must, as is a desire to get to know the Investments and Advisory world inside out.

£18,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
