Description

A global Loss Adjusting organisation are now seeking an experienced Domestic and/or Commercial Claims professional to join their vastly experienced HNW Property Adjusting team where you will work closely with High Net Worth Adjusters learning the skillsof handling HNW Insurance claims and becoming a key member of the team undertaking a broad range of Adjusting Instructions progressing towards handling Major and Complex Losses over time.

This is a rare opportunity where you will be working with HNW clients typically residing in luxury houses and have high value contents/valuables, your caseload of claims will be interesting and varied.

About you:

Experienced in handling domestic and/or commercial property claims cradle to grave ideally HNW
Motivated, dynamic and wanting to build a good solid reputation in a rewarding environment
The ability to build long term quality relationships and motivated to deliver an excellent customer service
Have a strong track record of dealing with people at all levels and evidencing strong customer focus
An excellent communicator
Proficient in Excel and Word as well as being able to use multiple IT systems
Excellent organisational skills
Industry qualifications Cert CII/Cert CILA or working towards advantageous
Educated to a minimum of A-Level/equivalent standard and a degree preferable
