    We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to facilitate the delivery of excellent customer outcomes at our BMW store in Bournemouth.

    Job Overview

    • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide expert guidance to Sales Executives on sales processes, balancing customer satisfaction with sales performance goals.
    • Assist in closing vehicle sales, securing valuations for part exchanges, and processing related documentation.
    • Compile monthly reports detailing finance and insurance sales performance metrics.
    • Upskill the Sales Executive team through targeted training programs focused on finance and insurance knowledge.
    • Maintain a professional approach and ability to mentor others effectively.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, adherence to regulations, and effective time management.
    • Showcase exceptional teamwork, initiative, and multitasking abilities.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service skills and support.
