An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Lyndon Community Mental Health Services Community services, where we are looking to recruita Band 6 CPN or Allied Health Professional.

You will be joining us at an exciting time of the planning and implementation of our Community Transformation.
The post holder will care co-ordinate a caseload of patients with complex mental health problems, within CMHT. There will be regular supervisionto support this. They should have a good understanding of the CPA framework and our responsibilities within it. They will work alongside and within the wider multi-disciplinary team.
