Job Duties:


  • Managing and supervising a team of production operatives
  • Quality control and assurance
  • Performance increases
  • Ensuring production line efficiency increases
  • Root cause analysis problem solving
  • Planning and organising schedules
  • Assessing project and resource requirements
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are met

Requirements:


  • Solid work history
  • Previous experience as supervisor/team leader/manager
  • Must have previous manufacturing and production experience

Hours:


  • Rotating shift pattern
  • 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm/10pm to 6am
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • 40 hours per week

Salary:

- £36000 base salary

  • 12.7% shift premium = £41500 per annum
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 5% company pension rising to 8%
