Our client is looking for a Crewing Co-ordinator on a permanent, staff basis, located in Aberdeen.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all projects are manned with qualified, medically fit and experienced personnel.
  • Maintain Offshore Rota with key data, assignment history and future allocation of all personnel.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with offshore personnel by maintaining regular communication whether offshore or at home.
  • Maintain regular contact with offshore personnel regarding availability and ensure Offshore Rota is updated.
  • Act as focal point for offshore personnel for scheduling and movement queries.
  • Maintain personal, medical and training records and certification details of all offshore personnel, keeping all personnel files and training matrix uptodate.
  • Ensure offshore personnel CVs are up to date and in PanGeo format, ready for submission to clients.
  • Maintain crew lists of current manning in respect to each project/ vessel.
  • Maintain accurate reports on personnel tracking/utilisation and provide input to weekly reports.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for engaging contractors when required.
  • Ensure offshore contractors receive a company induction.
  • Provide input to the development of a professional competency, training and development system for offshore personnel with ongoing management thereafter.
  • Communicate with clients regarding onsigners, crew changes and personnel logistics.
  • Arrange national and international travel, accommodation and ground transport ensuring within contract budgets.
  • Arrange travel visas/ supporting documentation when required.
  • Ensure personnel are supplied with valid travel information in good time prior to travelling.
  • Ensure personnel travel tracker is updated and travel costs are logged for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure personnel expenses are submitted in a timely manner for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure offshore personnel have adequate PPE.
  • Sign off offshore personnel timesheets and approve contractor invoices.
  • Support in the continuous improvement of HSEQ Management System.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an offshore crewing or offshore personnel logistics role within a similar fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality work product
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fastpaced office environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills
