Description

We're currently recruiting for a
Fleet Coordinator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to support our internal Fleet team.


Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working

Contract:
Fixed-Term Contract. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.


Responsibilities


In this Fleet Coordinator role, you'll work closely with our internal Fleet Team, operational transport managers and fleet provider/suppliers to repot and track rental vehicle breakdowns and defects to completion ensuring vehicle off road time is mínimal.

You'll also monitor our internal Kier driver vehicle defect management system ensuring defects and breakdowns are recorded and closed-down to meet our internal compliance requirements This role will also involve producing accurate reporting and working closely with our Accident Management supplier in relation to incidents with rental vehicles.


You may be asked to undertake other activities associated within this role, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and the broader remit of the position.
