Shifts & Hours:12 hour shifts, 4 on/4 off rotating day and night shifts
Hourly Rate:
£16.75 (Paid breaks)

Main Duties
The control
room operator
is a critical role at the Shard
, responsible for CCTV monitoring,
incident and emergency
response and compliance to ensure the security
and safety of the Shard
, building assets, visitors, staff and occupiers
.
You will
be based in a state of the art security control
room, managing a wide range of security
systems and equipment.
- Follow correct procedures for incident reporting and real time monitoring.
- Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with others.
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner and also comply with all client and company policies and procedures.
- To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
What we are looking for
- Applicants must have a 5year checkable history.
- SIA CCTV Licence
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and develop and show high level of commitment and professionalism.
