Innov8 Agency Ltd are proud to be recruiting a Part time (20 hours pr week) Sales executive for our national and international IT services client


The business is an award-winning IT service provider offering 24/7 IT Solutions and services with rapid response times to queries so your business never stops.

Due to extensive and sustainable growth and expansion they are looking to expand the team.


Role outline:

The role will suit someone looking to work School hours, or Part Time

Working alongside the directors you will be responsible for sales of a wide range of IT services nationwide (App development, IT Consultancy, IT Support, IT Project management, IT Hardware and Software, IT Infrastructure management, IT Security, Website development, broadband and Telecoms)

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join the team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential clients for our sales team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, online research, and industry-specific platforms.

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products or services and assess their needs and interest.

Qualification: Conduct thorough lead qualification to ensure that potential clients meet our criteria for a sales appointment.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on their availability and the prospect's preferences.

Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that are not yet ready to commit to an appointment, and update CRM systems with accurate information.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and lead details in our CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are well-prepared for and meet the needs of both the client and the sales representative.


Essential requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Confidence on the phone essential.
  • Presentation and pitching skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistence and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent or relevant education.
  • Experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Selfstarter with a strong mentality and resultsoriented attitude
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Great Client/ customer relationship ethos exceeding customers' expectations.
  • Able to work independently and manage own diary
  • Cando attitude and a great team player.
