Flexible Nursery Practitioner - Early Years Educator

Un-qualified upto £11.25 per hour (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Level 2 upto £11.50 per hour (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Level 3 upto £12.50 per hour (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Looking for a 0 hours contract / Bank worker position to fit flexibly around you? If so, we would love you
to join us and become part of our Hungry Caterpillar Bank Team.

When working in our nurseries, you'll have the opportunity to bring fun, joy, smiles and laughter to the children whilst providing safe, high quality education, care and positive outcomes for each child.

It is the nature of working in a nursery that tasks and responsibilities are on occasion unpredictable and varied, so you'll to be flexible and undertake reasonable duties as necessary.

The nursery is located at
Anglepoint House, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, HP11 1TJ, situated in a wonderful purpose built nursery, located close to local amenities, the motorway and transport links.

The nursery opened in July 2019 and was planned from the ground up, allowing us to create something very special.

Each nursery room is bright, spacious and beautifully presented for the children. Split by ages, each room leads out onto their own individual enchanting forest style gardens.

Our team have a wonderful staff area away from the nursery rooms, fully stocked with drinks, snacks and the occasional treat.


Experience / Qualifications - What you will bring to the role:

  • Full & Relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification (for the Qualified posts)
  • Good communication skills, patience & passion, enabling you to build effective & lasting relationships that will reward you with love, pride & a sense of achievement you won't find in other roles
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • Friendly and flexible with a sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day
  • Current Food Hygiene/First Aid certificates and previous experience working with young children would be desirable.
