The Role

  • Exciting new challenge that will allow them to broaden their employment law experience and continue to build their own practice
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of employment work and portfolio management
  • As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and take the lead on complex & highvalue projects
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to progress towards director and partner level
  • Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
  • Qualified lawyer in England and Wales with 6+ Years Qualified
  • Full spectrum of employment law experience
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in different teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high standard of work and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
