EMPLOYED Enforcement Agent - to cover Sussex, primarily West Sussex, Chichester, Brighton & Hove

Unlimited Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, employed Enforcement Agent to cover Chichester and surrounding areas.

This role offers a chance to be out and about, meeting people from all walks of life, with no 2 days ever the same We offer a basic salary with unlimited bonus, flexible working hours and job security.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and organising your own workload
Visiting residential and commercial properties to negotiate and collect the full outstanding debt
Establishing financial circumstances and capturing key employment/income details
Where the debt cannot be paid, organising and supervising the removal of goods

Essential Skills

Full UK driving licence
Flexibility with working hours
Excellent communication skills
Assertive and confident
Results and target driven
Ability to work well under pressure
Effective organisation and time management skills
Selfmotivated and eager to succeed

Desirable Previous Experience

Experience in the debt collection / enforcement industry
Experience of working in a target driven role
Law enforcement experience
Military experience
Field based / lone working experience

Jacobs provide an extensive training programme and new recruits will gain a recognised industry qualification therefore previous experience is desirable but not essential.

All new recruits are assigned a dedicated mentor in the field who will offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the initial training period and thereafter.

Salary & Benefits
- £20,001.80 basic salary
