Customer Support Advisor/Technical Support Advisor/Engineer required by a leading provider of Satellite Communications. Our client are an independent company that have grown organically within the Government and Maritime markets. Our client offers innovativesolutions ranging from voice and data to Wi-Fi and television content streamed to different customers.


The working hours for this role are on a shift basis 4 on 4 off alternating between days and nights e.g.

2 days (8am-8pm) and then 2 days (8pm-8am) or vice versa. A basic salary + shift allowance is offered for this role. There are several roles offeredat different levels. The junior roles are Customer Support Advisor progressing to Technical Support Advisor and Technical Support Engineer. Growth opportunities are offered at all levels.
All roles are offered in Redhill or Cornwall
Essential Skills and Experience

  • Any Satellite Communications skills and experience would be ideal gained within either Armed Forces, MSP, ISP or Data Centre environments.
  • Hands on experience with VSAT/Satcoms/RF
  • CCNA or Cisco skills and experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
