Job Description- Department: Optident Telesales
- Reports To: Internal Sales Manager
- Location: Ilkley hybird
- Job Responsibilities:
- The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
- Provide excellent customer service to each and every customer with prompt follow up action where necessary.
- Upsell and cross sell in order to achieve/exceed your personal sales target each month.
- Achieve a high level of accuracy when processing orders
- To process enquiries efficiently within the turnaround time scales provided by the company
- To be aware of all products/current offers
- To be able to use the Live chat facility
- To ensure all contact with customers are accurately recorded on our database
- To adhere to Company policies, procedures and standards within the workplace
- Be an enthusiastic, positive team player who thrives in a friendly, helpful and fun team.
- Job Skills & Experience Required:
- To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:
- Skill & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner in order to gain rapport with our customers.
- Good objectionhandling skills
- Work well under pressure and enjoy a challenge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and databases
- Hit both monthly & team target.
