The Early Help CAMHS team has an exciting opportunity for an Admin Coordinator to join the team.

You will lead on coordinating responsive and flexible administrative support, building excellent relationships with colleagues in the team and across the county with the wider Hampshire CAMHS service.


Flexibility, an enthusiastic empathic approach and a desire to make a difference are all vital for this role, as is the ability to consistently deliver a young person focused service.

This role will work closely with the Team Manager and contribute to:

  • Co-ordinating and implementing processes to ensure young people's experiences are managed efficiently and smoothly from an admin perspective
  • Leading by example, setting expectations regarding levels of customer service, ensuring admin colleagues understand and maintain these
  • Ensuring patient administration is carried out in line with Trust policy and standard operating procedures
  • Leading and managing the admin team
  • Managing rosters and team claim forms in accordance with policy
  • Supporting with general admin duties as required
