Our client is looking for a
Maintenance Setter (Night Shift) to join their well-established production facility based in
Newquay. With over 100 years of experience, our client leads the way in Manufacturing and Engineering expertise.

Salary:
£27,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 23:4- 07:15, Monday to Friday

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the purpose of the role will be to:

Set, operate and maintain production lines
Resolve basic mechanical problems including the replacement of worn parts in conjunction with procedures, manuals and other defined standards
Take responsibility to ensure the line is in a safe working order and report any issues relating to quality or safety that cannot be rectified immediately
Ensure that any relevant documentation is completed, maintained uptodate
Previous basic mechanical engineering or setting experience
Apprenticeship or time served in a manufacturing environment
Production line experience in manufacturing / FMCG ideal
Mechanical engineering training ideal
Safety first attitude
