Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm, the desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be supporting children within Early Years to Year 6.


About the role:

The school would like someone who has experience covering classes as well as intervention work. The role would start in September 2023 and would be needed until December 2023, possibly longer.

A two-form entry 'Outstanding' primary school based in Blyth, Northumberland is looking to appoint a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis.


Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • Level 4 qualification or above
