LexisNexis is looking for a Strategic Partnership and Licensing Specialist. Must be fluent in Dutch. Licensing experience preferred; entry level considered. London preferred; remote work considered.
Our licensing team manages 900+ relationships with third-party providers of news and data, a world-class content set foundational to LexisNexis, a premier provider of online research and monitoring tools, with market-leading exclusive licenses in the Benelux.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of content partners' accounts; build relationships with partners, and manage the daytoday administration and management of accounts.
- Manage partner relationships to improve cost position and profitability; minimize risk; and ensure content continuity, quality, and expansion.
- Manage a contentacquisition pipeline consistent with company goals, supporting all aspects of content licensing negotiations, including content selection, financial analysis, forecasting, and technical requirements.
- Provide projections or risk assessments to support business development activities and troubleshoot issues as appropriate
- Own contentrelease management cycle and topdown content communication.
- Work with inhouse and external legal counsels and collaborate with internal teams across all functional areas.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities preferred; entrylevel and returners considered
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent career experience)
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Analytical and quantitative skills (e.g., data analysis/Excel/SQL queries )
- Excellent communication skills in the 3rd paragraph of your cover letter, explain what attracts you to this position
- Datadriven/critical thinker
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
