About the Warehouse Operative role:

As a
Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including goods inward, picking, labelling, building shipments, dispatch duties, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and conducting stock checks.

Responsibilities as our Warehouse Operative will include:

• Receiving incoming shipments of automotive parts and products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Performing picking tasks accurately and efficiently, retrieving items from designated storage locations based on customer orders.
• Labelling products with appropriate identification information, ensuring clear and accurate labelling for easy identification during shipping and storage.
• Assembling and building shipments according to specified requirements, ensuring proper packaging and secure handling of products.
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including organizing shipments, arranging transportation, and completing necessary documentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, ensuring all aisles, storage areas, and workspaces are tidy and free from obstructions.
• Conducting regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and update records accordingly.
• Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times, including proper handling of equipment, use of personal protective gear, and adherence to safety protocols.

**As our Warehouse Operative, you'll
ideally have**: - High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
