We're delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Leicestershire region. This excellent regional firm require a Property Administrator to support their friendly Lettings team.


The role is based in their professional city centre office, where alongside your c£20,000 (pro-rata) salary, you can expect a relaxed working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Arrange property viewings between agents and client
  • Serve as main point of contact between contractors, landlords and tenants
  • Process employment verifications and references for prospective tenants
  • Support the Lettings Negotiators with administrative duties
  • Assist with the negotiation and closing of deals where possible
  • Handle queries relating to maintenance issues with properties
  • Undertake all admin associated with legal matters and contracts

Skills & Experience
***- Previous lettings experience

  • Residential lettings experience preferred
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
