Im a qualified level 1 football coach/scout looking to work along side a football assistant coach who is passionate and wants to excel within the football coaching/managment realm, experience is not needed for this position,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Aid the players to develop their technical skills. Instill in the players the spirit of the game.
In association with the head of the football coach plan strategies and the game.
Equip the players in training drills during the practice sessions.
He will always be on the lookout of new talent and encourage the players to be on their best foot. Inculcate a team spirit among the players as well boost the confidence of the players
Apart from the field duties, the assistant football coach has to have managerial skills to maintain the records of the players.
In case of getting to play on the venue, the assistant would have to make arrangements with the approval of the head.
Encourage the players to come up with their weak areas and provide support helping to evolve.
Other responsibilities include look into the correspondence with the parents or the players themselves to keep them abreast of their everyday progress, the letter would always speak so as to develop the confidence of the players.
