We are #hiring Bitpanda Pro is looking for a
Customer Care Specialist in London to join our growing team. This will be assisting with the set-up of our customer care function and customer care enablement technology.


What you'll do

  • Handle customer support enquiries for Bitpanda Pro exchange which may include issues or enquiries surrounding logins, trades, deposits or withdrawals of crypto
  • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to resolve customer care enquiries and escalate issues where necessary
  • Support the setup of customer care tech enablement with Zendesk
  • Create and map support workflows to coordinate and standardise customer care responses for user issues and queries

Who are you

  • Relevant experience in customer care and advisory, responding to tickets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, or Dutch is considered a strong asset
  • A selfstarter who thrives in managing complex projects and has a genuine passion for finding solutions for customers to achieve their goals

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment
