The Role - Property Managemnt Coordinator

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the handover pipeline of properties, working closely with the client and development teams to ensure all documents are provided and the schemes
  • Work closely with Local Authorities to request nominations for properties including; advertising properties on CBL systems and obtaining and providing marketing information.
  • Process applicants for properties in line with the nominations and allocations policy.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is at the forefront of all interactions and assist with successfully onboarding residents to their new homes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with residents, managing the digital app customer contact.
  • Coordinate property checks and visits in line with tenancy agreements and the contract.
  • Produce accurate, high quality and customer focused written work.
  • Provide and update KPI reports and other reports as stipulated in the contract or requested by client.
  • Develop positive and effective relationships with individual residents, the client and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all documents are uploaded to the IT systems and IT systems updated as required.
  • Assist with the management of void properties prior to letting.
  • In keeping with Pinnacles values, you will ensure you bring added value to the contract, beyond the basic requirements of the role.

  • There will be completing deadlines so good organisational skills are key
  • Be able to perform a whole range of housing management and administrative tasks.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment
