Senior Advice Session Supervisor Citizens Advice Wokingham are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Supervisor to support and develop volunteer delivery of our information and advice services across multiple channels.

We're looking for someone who can oversee the provision of a customer-focussed, quality-driven approach to the delivery of our advice and information services.

What we're looking for:

Ideally you will have experience of providing advice and a good in-depth knowledge of our core enquiry areas including benefits, debt, housing, employment and consumer rights as well as having a good understanding of using various platforms and case management systems.

You should have excellent people skills and the ability to supervise, develop and support others. Also, you should be very well organised with excellent analytical problem solving skills and be solution focussed.
