Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders.
• Proactively monitor stock levels to ensure availability of product whilst working within the required budget.
• Ensuring KPI's are achieved.
• Manage Supplier Performance to identify areas of improvement. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships, ensuring continued good communication.
• Ensuring regular supplier reviews are held and documented.
• Working closely with all departments for timely resolution of queries.
• Management of shared Purchasing inboxes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working in a similar role.
• Experience of working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience of working directly/indirectly with a busy Goods In Dept.
• Analytical and detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong computer and IT skills. (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Commercially aware.
