Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a highly respected and growing business based in Liverpool City Centre.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the head of finance the role will encompass all elements of commercial analysis and reporting across the business along with exposure to project work and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

Completion of monthly management accounts
Circulation of management accounts across the business
Liaison with operations team to ensure understanding of financial data and other relevant KPIs
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI reporting ensuring metrics are relevant, timely and understood across the business. Includes financial and nonfinancial metrics.
Identification of relevant KPIs across the business and responsible for ensuring they are reflected in management information
Work with the business to ensure integrity of all commercial data across systems and reporting
Responsible for detailed sales analytics including spend, sales mix, day part
Challenge business on commercial performance and identification of improvements

Skills & Knowledge:

Qualified accountant
ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Ability to analyse and present complex information in a clear, relevant, and interesting way
Proactive and able to identify and highlight areas of opportunity or improvement and advise on actions required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to ensure consistent delivery to deadlines
